Chef Ryan Roadhouse is the chef-owner of Nodoguro in Portland, where he serves Japanese omakase inspired by kaiseki tradition and crafted with locally grown ingredients from his own planting program. With experience at acclaimed restaurants including Urasawa in Beverly Hills and Portland’s Bamboo and Masu, Ryan has spent his career refining his approach to thoughtful, ingredient-driven Japanese cuisine.
Ryan will walk us through how to make sashimi at home and craft a fresh, delicious bite for everyone to sample.
