On one side, you’ll find ultra-thin end-grain walnut, renowned for its natural beauty and knife-friendly surface. It’s self-healing, gentle on blades, and designed to withstand years of use while resisting deep cuts.

Flip it, and the other side reveals a recycled paper composite surface with a built-in juice groove, ideal for raw meats, aromatic ingredients, and easy cleanup. This duality gives you true versatility: prep delicate produce and proteins without switching boards.
