Built for effortless carving and confident serving, it pairs exceptional functionality with the natural beauty and lasting craftsmanship worthy of the table.

From Thanksgiving turkey and prime rib to brisket, holiday ham, and Sunday roasts, the Carving Set gives you the control to make clean, effortless cuts and the presence to make serving part of the experience. Use it tableside, at the grill, or directly from the roasting pan or smoker. However you carve, this is a set designed to be used, admired, and passed down.

  • 9” Carving Knife: Handcrafted in Portland from American-forged 52100 carbon steel, with a 65 HRC cutting edge for exceptional edge retention. Drop-forged from a single piece with an integral bolster and end cap, it features a comfortable, contoured Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl handle and fully rounded spine.

  • Carving Fork: Crafted from American 4100 series alloy steel and heat-treated for exceptional strength and resilience. The alloy and heat treatment are developed for rigidity, tensile strength, and structural resilience to safely anchor large, hot meats while they are being sliced.  The Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl handle provides a comfortable hold while also matching the knife.

  • Walnut Presentation Box: Crafted from American walnut and designed to store and present the set for years to come. Optional custom engraving makes it an especially meaningful gift for holidays, weddings, anniversaries, and other milestones.
